Worst company. Ordered tv on line. Received order confirmation. They charged my credit card. Received and confirmed delivery appt. Day of appt, despite waiting at home for 4 hours, no delivery. I called and was advised the tv was not available - out of stock. Maybe they will get some in stock next week. Requested to cancel and have my credit card credited. Was told it takes 3 to 5 days for credit to be issued. We will see! Suggest you go with reliable Bestbuys or Amazon. I wish I had.
Update... Finally received a credit on my credit card five days later. But, it was $200 less than I paid. The free $200 Brandsmart gift card that was given with purchase apparently was not really free. They had charged my credit card $200 for the free gift card. So, Had to call back to request additional $200 credit which I did receive five days after that request. Ughh. Trying to save a few dollars at Brandsmart is not worth it. I reordered the original tv from Best Buy, it arrived exactly on time the day and time scheduled!
I purchased a refrigerator at BrandsMart USA. I bought the five-year extended warranty after being told by the salesperson how critical it was to purchase a five-year extended warranty due to the high cost and complexity of the Samsung refrigerator. I paid $3349 dollars. I reported to BrandsMart USA a catastrophic malfunction of my refrigerator. After multiple failed attempts to fix the fridge, I am still without a working refrigerator. It is almost six months since the report and I do not have a working refrigerator and there are multiple days waiting for the techs with significant loss of income.
There are multiple complaints online about this company and the reviews in the BBB and other sites probably can not be worst. If you have issues with this company and the extended warranty please. I am trying to start an organized mechanism to stop the abuse, many options are considered.

The worse customer service I have ever received. I purchased kitchen appliances and received the refrigerator dented and damaged. When I called to have the item re delivered and tried to explain to the customer service representative that I did not have a working refrigerator now, he quickly responded "That's not my problem" and transferred my call on to a voice mail box. The prices my be great at Brandsmart but their customer service is so bad that I prefer to take my business else where just to avoid the stress of speaking to a "customer service" representative
Still pretty good prices and the staff is eager to help. I go there to find things you can't find at other electronic stores.
All-in-all, I must say I like this company. They must of had a lot of shoplifting in the past because it's like going though TSA to leave the building. Many of their brands are their own generic china imports, but their return policy is good and they will treat you fair. I will continue to go there and buy hard to find products
Horrible online experience. Twice now I have purchased a washer and dryer for only 1 unit to be attempted to be delivered. Maybe shopping in their stores is better but don't trust online info saying in stock because none of it is true
I'm a property manager and my investor has been purchasing hundreds of appliances from this location for several years. For the past year, I've been assigned the task of coordinating deliveries for the properties he owns because he was sick and tired of the incompetence and negligence he has experienced over the past couple years with the 3rd party delivery service they use to deliver appliances to their customers. Over the past year I've overseen the deliveries of kitchen and laundry appliances and each and every time at least one or two appliances were improperly installed which required us to hire our own appliance installers to properly install the appliances. Whatever money we might have saved purchasing from Brandsmart was never realized because of the amount of money we spent having to hire our own installers to properly install the appliances which we purchased. Because of the gross incompetence and negligence of the delivery company, we have lost thousands of dollars in lost revenue because of mistakes made during installation. During this morning's attempt of a washer and dryer, we were lied to about multiple attempts to deliver even though we spent the past hour or two waiting outside for the delivery people to come. The previous washer and dryer we purchased broke the laundry door because it was installed improperly and the machine shook so violently it caused the door to come off its hinges. I recently purchased a stove from brandsmart and the installer refused to use the new gas hookups we were paid to use and instead used a the old hookup which was damaged. The installer told us we needed to hire someone else to install the stove because the gas connection was not safe. On other deliveries the past year or two the hot and cold water was improperly installed and the installers have never taken the time to level the machines so they operate safely. Each install I've had to hire someone else to properly install the appliance. Each time we have tried to remedy the situation Brandsmart refuses to take responsibility and instead blames the third party delivery service they use. The biggest loss however is the time this company has taken away from me that I'll never get back. Even if Brandsmart offered me a free appliance I would not take it because of how much time and difficultly it would take to actually receive and install the appliance. I've had much better luck with the sketchy appliance people on Buford highway. Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy all do a better job of appliance delivery and I will be using a combination of these vendors now on even though they are more expensive.
I had one of the worst experience, I bought a phone from them , it’s over heating I call them to let them know . They told is 0 day return. And it was 4 day after I purchased it.
As an update from my last post. I have now not had a washing machine for 8 weeks and they are now saying they won’t be able to fix it until earliest in another 7-10 days. So that’s 9 weeks without a washing machine. Thanks Brandsmart. I enjoy not being able to wash my families clothes for over two months despite the machine being less than a year old. PATHETIC. LAZY. INCOMPETENT. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Shocking customer service. Will never use this company again. I will not be surprised if this company goes under. Customer service people put the phone down if you ask them to help you in anyway. I have called over 30 times over more than 6 weeks to get my washing machine fixed with small children at home having to get my washing down at local wash and folds. To add insult to injury the repairman claims he tried to come and repair it despite someone being in all day and having the phone on loud by my side all day. LAZY LAZY COMPANY. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We purchased a Washer Machine from Brandsmart Feb 18 2019 Model is a MAYTAG Top Load HE From The Day we Picked-Up the washer machine, the control panel console never properly responded to the Touch Panel. There was a very Long Delay after placing finger-touch upon the console switches, But Console Eventually Responded and We figured we'd simply tolerate the latency. Moving Forward to September 2020-- We began to notice water pooling beneath washer on occasion, The Leak seemed to be intermittent at first-- October 2020 the leak was now very prominent, Every Time we washed a load of laundry, we would notice near a gallon of water beneath the Maytag Washer. We called the *Warrantech tele number located on the receipt. Beginning early October we have reached-out to Warrantech for Service on 7 Occasions over a Two week timeframe. We were informed that a Service Tech would visit. ( Nobody Every Showed-Up) After calling and calling back over the weeks our issue simply fell on deaf ears. We Got Absolutely Nowhere with this Warrantech. --Today is November 29 2020 and now the Maytag Washer Machine is Dead-Unresponsive! We have Launched a Credit Card Payment Dispute with Brandsmart / October 2020 At this time, we have Video Footage of the Unresponsive Machine as well as the Copious Amounts of water leakage over the past few months. Last Month; I would have settled for a *Repair, Today I Want an Entire Replacement! My Extended Warranty Covers 5 Years!
I tried to cancel an order and they shipped it anyway although I contacted them immediately. Now they say I have to pay the shipping to return it. I spoke with a customer service representative and with a manager, Linda Messersmith. The customer service is simply a joke. They can't do anything. They have no ability to cancel an order.

Very legitimate. I checked them out on the Better Business Website. They are accredited by the BBB and have an A+ rating.
